Satori&Sapori*  is a restaurant concept created and operated by a team of student managers within Establishment, a full-service restaurant run by Cornell Hotel School students. 

 

As part of this hands-on experience, the management team developed the concept from the ground up, crafting a cohesive menu, writing original recipes, and managing finances to ensure a viable operation.
